A web-based music scheduler for stations that need reliable daily music logs without installing complex desktop scheduling software.
RadioContent Music Scheduler is designed for radio stations, internet stations and small-scale broadcasters that need a structured way to build music logs, manage categories, rotate songs and export daily playlists.
It runs in a web browser, so the scheduler can be used from any suitable computer or tablet without being tied to one studio machine.

Built for real radio workflows
Many smaller stations either schedule by hand, rely on basic randomisation, or use heavyweight commercial scheduling systems that are expensive and unnecessarily complex.
RadioContent Music Scheduler is designed to sit in the middle: powerful enough for structured radio programming, but simple enough for everyday use by a small team.
It is suitable for stations that need proper clocks, music categories, rotation rules and daily log generation without the overhead of a full enterprise scheduling platform.

Music library management
The scheduler keeps your music library organised by category, artist, title and other useful metadata.
Songs can be imported from CSV, edited in the browser and assigned to categories for scheduling. This allows a station to build practical rotation groups such as current songs, recurrent tracks, gold categories, specialist categories, links, sweepers or other station-specific content.
The system is designed to work with real-world radio libraries where music categories, clocks and scheduling rules need to be adjusted over time.
Clocks and scheduling
Clocks define the structure of each hour.
You can build clocks using music categories, links and other scheduled items, then use those clocks to generate daily logs. This gives the station a consistent sound while still allowing the scheduler to rotate songs and avoid unnecessary repetition.
Typical uses include:
- Standard daytime music clocks
- Specialist evening clocks
- Weekend clocks
- Request or feature hours
- Category-specific programming
- Automated overnight scheduling
Rotation and separation rules
The scheduler includes practical rotation controls to help reduce repetition and improve music flow.
Rules can be used to manage artist separation, avoid songs repeating too closely, and reduce the chance of the same songs appearing in the same position on adjacent days.
This is especially useful for smaller stations where the library may not be large enough to rely on random selection alone.
Daily log editing
Generated logs can be reviewed and edited in the browser.
If a song does not feel right in a particular position, it can be replaced from the available library. Logs can also be adjusted manually before export, giving the station control over the final output rather than forcing it to accept a fully automated result.
Link management
Attach links, sweepers or recorded live reads to specific songs or categories and have the scheduler rotate through them when those items are scheduled.
This can be useful for presenter links, listener requests, sponsor credits, feature trails or recurring station messages that need to appear naturally within the log.
Export for playout
Once a log is ready, it can be downloaded and exported for use with your playout system.
The aim is to provide a practical scheduling workflow: manage the library, build clocks, generate the log, review the result, then export the playlist for broadcast.
Suitable for
- Online radio stations
- Community radio stations
- Small-scale DAB services
- Temporary and event radio stations
- Specialist music services
- Stations moving away from manual playlist building
- Stations that need structured scheduling but do not want expensive desktop software
Pricing
£29.99 + VAT per month
The service is billed quarterly in advance.
£89.97 + VAT per quarter
Payment is taken quarterly in advance by recurring billing.
Access to the scheduler is provided while the account is active and paid.
Stations using the scheduler for live output should ensure billing remains up to date so playlist generation and export are not interrupted.
Support
Basic support is included for normal use of the scheduler.
This includes help with access, general operation, imports, exports and sensible setup of categories and clocks. More involved setup, library preparation or custom integration work can be quoted separately where required.
