How it works on the day
- Arrival & setup: We arrive with gazebo and tables, or integrate into your existing stand. Typical setup and sound-check: ~45–60 minutes depending on site access.
- On-air workflow: Presenters have a familiar touchscreen playout system, clear Mic Live/On-Air signage, and producer talkback as required. Local PA can be mixed independently from programme audio.
- De-rig: Swift pack-down to minimise disruption; we’ll share a quick post-event report if you need one.
Connectivity & resilience
- Primary link: APTX audio-over-IP codecs.
- Backhaul options: 4G or KA-Sat, chosen to suit the venue’s coverage.
- Fallbacks: Local recording and clean-feed monitoring available to safeguard the programme.
Footprint & power
- Space: Compact gazebo footprint suitable for high-footfall areas.
- Power: 700 W generator supplied when mains isn’t available (230 V mains preferred where possible).
